Ordering Promotional Items for Client Meetings
Promotional items are stock items that can be used for client visits and meetings.
Item orders should be made at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For larger requests, please allow additional time to ensure enough inventory is available. Rush requests will be fulfilled as quickly as possible, but cannot be guaranteed. If your order is a rush and needed sooner than the 2-3-week lead time, please continue to place your order on the site and also email PSCUMeetings@pscu.com with the details of your order and needs.
Ordering Sponsorship Items for Golf Tournaments and Sponsored Events
In addition to general promotional items, we will also stock items on the site for sponsorship events. When requesting promotional items for sponsorship events, please keep in mind:
• The Account or Sales Executive is responsible for registering for sponsorship events.
• Due to the typical size of these requests, we may not have enough in inventory for these events and they will need to be ordered specifically for the event. Please ensure orders are placed at least two months in advance to accommodate for larger order sizes and supply chain delays. If your order is a rush and needed sooner than two-month lead time, please continue to place your order on the site and also email PSCUMeetings@pscu.com with the details of your order and needs.
• For golf tournaments, we will stock a limited amount of golf balls, hats, golf towels and drawstring bags.
