Office Manager/HR Director
A highly respected and established promotional company is seeking an Office Manager/HR Director. This family owned company provides high quality products in an exceptional work environment. This position works closely with the owner to support with decision making and providing financial data pertaining to the company.
Ideal position Characteristics:
- QuickBooks experience – comfortable with debits and credits/general ledger accounting, and making general Journal entries
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online
- Will work directly with external CPA’s
- Will work directly with IT provider on computer issues, add-ons, etc.
- Will work directly with benefit providers
- Knowledgeable about Accounts Payable/Receivable functions of a company
- Processing payroll through an online provider
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- General office and HR duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Previous experience in HR
- Previous State tax filing experience is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
